Personal Statement

I use a wide variety of interventions, especially with children. While we focus on a specific goal via CBT or other theraputic approaches, I incorporate art, movement, and specific games to address anxiety, anger management, and self regulation issues. Parents are included in all sessions for ages 12 and under, for at least part of the session.
